Shipping Destinations
We ship Australia-wide to street addresses and PO Boxes (where carrier permits). For international delivery, please contact us before ordering.
Rates
- Flat-Rate Standard: $35 per order (Australia-wide)
- Express (optional): If required, we’ll confirm before dispatch.
- Bulky/remote surcharges: If applicable, we’ll confirm before dispatch or contact you to discuss options.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed by [11:00 pm AEST/AEDT] on business days usually ship the same day; otherwise next business day. During peak periods or for large/bulk orders, please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time frames
- NSW/ACT metro: 1–3 business days
- VIC/QLD metro: 2–5 business days
- SA/TAS metro: 3–6 business days
- WA/NT metro & remote areas: 2–8+ business days

Carriers & Tracking
We use reputable Australian carriers. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way. Multiple-item orders may ship in separate consignments at no extra cost.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select ATL or your address is eligible for contactless delivery, the driver may leave the parcel in a safe place. Once delivered as instructed, risk in the goods passes to you (see Terms & Conditions). If you prefer a signature on delivery, please select that option (fees may apply) or ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
Click & Collect / Customer-Arranged Freight (Trade)
Pickup: We will email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 2-4 business hours).

- Bring your order confirmation and Photo ID
- Authorising someone else to collect? email their full name first.
- We'll hold orders for 7 days before returning to stock.
Customer-arranged courier: Available for approved trade accounts. Risk passes on collection by your carrier (FOB).
Backorders & Pre-orders
If an item is on backorder or pre-order, we’ll ship available items first (at no extra shipping cost) and send the remainder as soon as stock arrives, unless you request to hold and ship complete.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some drug testing products are sensitive to temperature. Please ensure someone can receive deliveries promptly, avoid leaving parcels in heat, and store products according to the manufacturer’s instructions upon receipt. Evidence of correct storage may be required for warranty/returns assessments.
Damage, Loss & Delivery Issues
- Damage/shortage: Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 2 business days at sales@drugtestaustralia.com.au with photos and your order number so we can assist.
