About ToxSure

ToxSure Oral is a point of collection test for the simultaneous detection of two to six drugs of abuse in oral fluid specimens.

Historically drug screening has been performed on urine specimens. Oral fluid has recently been introduced as an effective specimen for the detection of drugs of abuse. Collection of an oral fluid specimen is less invasive than urine, can easily be observed and is less susceptible to dilution or adulteration.

The test system consists of an untreated sample collector, a buffer bottle and a test device combined in a clip system. The procedure for operating the ToxSure Oral is simple and results are shown in just eight minutes!

The test system has in-built quality control mechanisms to easily ensure that it is functioning as intended. Following a positive test the included buffer bottle can be shipped to a laboratory for further confirmation testing.
